The Granbury Chamber is proud to announce that our very own Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration is featured in CNN Travel’s editorial on the top events across the United States. Along with Washington, DC, Philadelphia, and New York, Granbury was listed #3 in the article about stand out events around the country.

Each year, this annual event brings thousands of visitors to town for the two- or three-day event that features arts & crafts and food vendors lining the courthouse square showcasing their wares, a classic car show, a rodeo, live concert performances, theater performances, a hometown parade, and a top-ranked fireworks show.

This is the 44th year for the Chamber to produce this exciting event and it just keeps getting better every year. This year, the lake is at an all-time high so visitors are encouraged to bring their swimsuits, kayaks, boats, and jet skis to enjoy a day on the lake and stay for a front row seat of the Extreme Pyrotechnics show!
