COVID testing company under investigation
Hood County Sheriff’s Office Investigators
are receiving information from citizens that
went for COVID testing at the 3900 block of
Hwy. 377 in Granbury on 12-8-20 and 12-9-
20 in the parking lot of a Grocery Store.
Citizens are having trouble getting results
on the testing conducted and some may be
victims of identity theft or fraud.
The Hood County Sheriff’s Office Criminal
Investigations Division is asking that anyone
that participated in COVID testing on the
above dates are urged to contact
Investigator Joey Watt or Investigator Patrick Jones to make a report, because you may be a victim of fraud.
The investigation is at the beginning stages
and evidence gathered will determine if a
crime has occurred or if the company is just
incompetent.
If the public has any question, please call
the Hood County Sheriff’s Office with
questions or contact Investigators Watt and
Jones.
