Granbury will host an extended Halloween celebration from October 30 through November 2, 2025, featuring dozens of events across the downtown area and surrounding venues.
Thursday, October 30
The weekend begins with trick-or-treat activities around the historic Granbury Square from 3 to 5 PM. Other Thursday offerings include a charcuterie and showcase at Heron House Gallery, a Texas Hold’em tournament at Silver Saddle Saloon, trivia night at Brew Drinkery, and a pool and gold sim event at Warren’s Backyard. Live music performances are scheduled at Bob’s Off the Square and Silver Saddle Saloon, while the Hunger Games Saga screens at Cinergy Cinemas at 7 PM.
Friday, October 31
Friday features the Pre-Game Trunk or Treat at Pirate Football Fieldhouse from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, followed by a Pirates versus Denton football game at 7 PM. The Rise and Grind event begins at 8:30 AM at Granbury Square Plaza. Additional activities include music, massage, and merlot at D’Vine Wine of Granbury, a Granbury Trolley tour, a Spectrum Social Night costume event at Black Star Barn, a Halloween party with the Kim Carson Band at Wings Etc., and a Twisted Hollow Haunt on Palaxy Highway. Multiple music performances occur throughout the evening at venues including The Pub McDonough, Historic Granbury Square, Bob’s Off the Square, Silver Saddle Saloon, and Warren’s Backyard. A golf tournament honoring local heroes begins at 9 AM at Squaw Valley Golf Course, and Young Frankenstein performs at Granbury Opera House at 7:30 PM. The Brazos Drive-in Theater offers a double feature at 6:30 PM.
Saturday, November 1
Saturday programming includes a First Saturday Bird Walk at 7 AM and the Hood County Farmers Market from 9 AM to 12 PM at Hill Water’s Edge Drive. Granbury Segway Tours run at 11 AM and 12 PM, with an additional 3 PM tour. A food drive and car show benefiting Mission Granbury operates from 9 AM to 1 PM at Stonewater Church. Lake Granbury Honey hosts a workshop on flowers at 10 AM. The Decorvoba Blend Country Club hosts an artisan bazaar from 10 AM to 4 PM. Downtown attractions include Ray and the Humans performances at Bob’s Off the Square and Granbury Opera House, a Lowland Revelry event at Bob’s Off the Square at 8 PM, and a Step Into History tour at Bridge Street History Center Museum at 1 to 4 PM. Additional entertainment includes disc golf at Granbury Park Golf Course, a Granbury Trolley tour, Hootenanny at Blake Dagley at the Speakeasy, and Ghosts and Legends Tours at Historic Granbury Square. A live music event features Dani and the Rejects at Silver Saddle Saloon. The Brazos Drive-in Theater and various venues offer evening programming including the double feature at 6:30 PM.
Sunday, November 2
Sunday features Sundayfunday at Drew Drinkery and Bistro from 11:30 AM to 8 PM. The B-Ray and the Humans band performs at Bob’s Off the Square from 1 to 4 PM. Young Frankenstein returns at Granbury Opera House at 2 PM, followed by a live music performance by Joe Savage at Silver Saddle Saloon from 4 to 7 PM. Two Steppin’ Forward showcases Buckles and Blinm at Warren’s Backyard from 4 to 8 PM.
