Councilmembers Reiner, Corrigan Sworn In for New Three-
Year Terms

Granbury, Texas – During Tuesday night’s City Council Meeting, Councilmembers Trish Reiner (Place 4) and Greg Corrigan (Place 6) were sworn in to begin new three-year terms. Both Reiner and Corrigan ran unopposed in their re-election bids.
Judge Alan Hines, Municipal Court Judge for the City of Granbury performed the swearing-in ceremony in front of a socially distanced, yet packed, City Council Chambers crowd.
Both the judge and councilmembers were leading by example and were wearing their COVID-19 personal protective equipment, which set the tone for the packed house who also wore masks.
After being sworn in, both councilmembers addressed the audience.
“I love Granbury and am incredibly proud to serve her citizens for a second term. I have learned a great deal about servant leadership during my first three years in office,” said Councilwoman Reiner. “I look forward to building on that knowledge and working together with leaders at every level to continue to promote a solid, bright future for Granbury.”
Corrigan issued a similar statement saying, “It has been such an honor to serve the people, businesses and the City of Granbury. We’ve done so much in the past couple of years and I look forward to continuing to do so in the future.”
