for Kenneth Javon Parker (45 yoa), who has
a felony Capias warrant for the offense of
DWI with Child under 15yoa (state jail
felony).
Parker’s address is listed at the 9000 block
of French Dr. Cresson, Texas and has the
following description:
Black Male, 5 feet 7 inches, 210 lbs, Brown
Eyes, Black/Grey Hair.
