for Kelsi Lee Lamb (21 yoa), who has a
felony Capias warrant for the offense of
Possession of a Controlled Substance (state
jail felony).
Lamb’s address is listed at the 100 block of
East Finland St. Walnut Springs, Texas and
has the following description:
White Female, 5 feet 9 inches, 145 lbs, Blue
Eyes, Brown Hair.
