for Juan Mancillas-Cordova (33 yoa), who
has a felony capias warrant for the offense
of DWI with a Child under 15 yoa (state jail
felony).
Mancillas-Cordova’s address is listed at the
1800 block of W Pioneer #174 Irving Tx. and
has the following description:
Hispanic Male, 5 feet 10 inches, 189 lbs,
Brown Eyes, Black Hair.
