Free Child Safety Seat Clinic At Wal-mart Thursday, May 24th

This event will be held next Thursday at Walmart from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Inter-Agency Child Safety Seat Task Force is conducting this checkup event along with the Texas Highway Patrol. During last October’s clinic, there were 52 Child Seats that were checked and cleared.

There will be Certified Child safety Seat Technicians available to ensure the child seat is installed correctly, and Educate the parents and caregivers on how to check the seat and make sure it is properly installed every time. Our Task Force Statistics show that almost 98 % of all child seats we have checked are incorrectly installed. Our Task Force has been checking Seats and Educating Parents and Caregivers since 2001.

This is a FREE Event. It takes about 30 minutes per child seat.
